P.S I have seen some interesting figures recently which I thought I should share with you. Over the last 10 years, capital city property values have increased at an average annual rate of 7.4%p.a whereas over the last 5 years, weve witnessed more subdued growth conditions of 5.6%.p.a. Apart from a period of exceptional growth between 2002 and 2004, the Canberra market performance has closely mirrored the combined capital city performance. With current sales volumes 15% above the five year averages, it would perhaps indicate that a slowing of sales activity may occur in the near future. Something to watch for....

We hope you enjoy this newsletter. Please feel free to pass it on to family and friends.

Til next time,
Michael
